Our core beliefs.

As well as the centrality of the gospel, we have some particular focal points that have influenced our ministry perspective. Firstly, we are very comfortable working with Christians from a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures, and denominations and we hope to involve many different churches in our projects. We also have a special passion for the Church as God's chosen vehicle for revealing himself to the world. In fact we believe every ministry needs to be vitally connected with local churches. For this reason we are excited about being involved in ministry in Lesotho through and accountable to local church structures. Also, each team member is vitally connected to a local supporting church in their home country. We are also passionate about linking churches across the globe in partnership with one another.

Taking God's love to the ends of the earth

Our first love is evangelism and seeing people grow in relationship to God. We believe people in relationship with God and in Godly relationship with each other can change the world. In Lesotho, where it is so easy to become preoccupied with practically solving problems, we don't want to ever lose sight of this priority: Spiritual transformation first, physical/emotional healing accompany this. Our ultimate desire is the spread of the community of God in Lesotho (church planting) where God's way is demonstrated through a holistic approach to community problems. We feel evangelism cannot be separated from social concern. Proclaiming the gospel is vitally connected to living it out.

We believe that people operate best within a like-minded group, supporting and complementing each others giftings and abilities. By their very nature, teams necessitate close, accountable relationships and should be a tangible demonstration of loving Christian community. The spiritual growth and welfare of each member is just as important as the ministry itself. We see our personal journey with God as more important to Him than what we do along the way.
